Salary: BHD 2.600 per month
Lions Club Behror is seeking a dedicated and community-focused Community Program Director to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of outreach and development programs. This role is responsible for creating meaningful initiatives that positively impact the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community programs and outreach initiatives
- Assess community needs and design impactful solutions
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources
- Build relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and volunteers
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
- Organize community events, campaigns, and engagement activities
- Lead and mentor program staff and volunteers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in program management or community outreach
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
- Passion for community service and social impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with non-profit or community-based organizations
- Knowledge of fundraising, partnerships, and volunteer coordination
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies
