Flex Machine Operator Printing and Graphic Design

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Flex Machine Operator to join our growing team.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating flex/printing machines
Strong background in printing and graphic design:
Ability to handle design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
Knowledge of color matching, layout, and print quality control
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain flex printing machines efficiently
Prepare and adjust designs for printing production
Ensure high-quality printing output and consistency
Troubleshoot machine issues when necessary
Coordinate with the design and production team
