Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff for our Lounge called SMOUK to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve welcoming, seating and serving [Shisha,food,drinks,desserts], maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including coffee and teas
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lounge area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a lounge or restaurant setting is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing orders efficiently.
- Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Shisha is advantageous.
- A passion for the culinary arts and willingness to assist in shisha preparation when needed.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
