Job Title: Director of Elite Athlete Development
About the Opportunity
PozaSport Athletic Innovation & Training Hub is building a world-class performance ecosystem dedicated to developing elite athletes through science-driven training, innovation, and advanced performance systems.
We are seeking a Director of Elite Athlete Development to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of high-performance athlete programs. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced performance professional who is passionate about advancing athletic potential at an international level.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of elite athlete performance programs
- Design long-term athlete development (LTAD) frameworks
- Oversee strength & conditioning, recovery, and sports science integration
- Collaborate with coaches, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and analysts
- Implement performance tracking systems and data-driven decision-making
- Identify talent development pathways and performance benchmarks
- Ensure alignment with international high-performance standards
- Advise executive leadership on athlete strategy and development models
- Build partnerships with sports federations, academies, and institutions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in elite sports performance, athlete development, or high-performance coaching
- Strong understanding of sports science, biomechanics, or performance analytics
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Background in professional sports, Olympic programs, academies, or national teams preferred
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
- Ability to build structured performance systems from the ground up
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field (preferred)
