Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities
- Analyze revenue, cost structures, and profitability drivers across business units
- Prepare investment analysis, business cases, and executive-level reports
- Support capital allocation decisions and evaluate return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Assist in corporate initiatives such as expansion planning and cost optimization
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting outputs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Preferred Skills:
- CFA certification or progress toward CFA is an advantage
- Experience in retail, gifting, or consumer-focused industries
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
