Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, quotation requests, and purchase order creation
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards
- Resolve supplier or delivery issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of supplier management and procurement systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
