Job Summary
The IT Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating IT projects, supporting solution delivery processes, and acting as a bridge between technical teams, clients, and stakeholders. The role ensures smooth execution of IT solutions, timely communication, and proper documentation across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT solution projects from initiation to delivery
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and clarify technical needs
- Liaise between developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and project reports
- Support system implementation, testing, and deployment activities
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure proper documentation of system configurations and processes
- Assist in troubleshooting coordination and issue resolution
- Maintain updated records of IT assets, systems, and project status
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Previous experience in IT coordination, technical support, or project coordination
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software development, or infrastructure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Understanding of cloud services, networking, or software solutions
- Experience working with technical teams or software development environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Client-facing communication experience
