Description
Omrandevelops tourism infrastructure and hospitality projects across Oman.
Since OMRANdevelops tourism infrastructure (hotels, resorts, heritage sites, mega projects), civil engineers are mainly involved in construction and project management.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Design
Prepare and review civil engineering designs and drawings
Ensure compliance with Oman regulations and international standards
Assist in feasibility studies and project planning
Construction Supervision
- Oversee construction of:_
Hotels & resorts
Roads and infrastructure
Tourism facilities
Monitor contractors and subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Quality & Safety Control
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Maintain project documentation and reports
Coordination & Management
- Work with:_
Architects
Project managers
Consultants
Support tendering, cost estimation, and procurement processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Typically 3-10+ years experience (for mid-level roles)
- Knowledge of:_
Construction management
AutoCAD / design software
Project planning tools
Strong English communication
Pay: From RO984.000 per month
