Job Title: HSE Lead (Oil & Gas)
Company: SafeToSecure Oil Services
Location: Airport Heights, Muscat, Oman
Salary: OMR 2,900 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure safe work practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and safety systems
- Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in high-risk and fast-paced environments
