Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Director to oversee corporate functions, drive organizational performance, and support executive leadership in achieving business objectives. This role is responsible for aligning departments, managing high-level initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee multiple departments (e.g., operations, finance, HR, or business units)
- Support executive leadership in strategic planning and decision-making
- Drive organizational performance and operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects and corporate initiatives
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings, negotiations, and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- 10-15+ years of experience in corporate management or leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or director-level position
- Proven track record of driving business growth and organizational success
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to manage complex operations and multiple business functions
