Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Installation Director to oversee and manage all installation operations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while leading installation teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end installation operations across multiple projects and sites
- Develop and implement installation strategies, processes, and standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage installation managers, supervisors, and field teams
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, and client teams
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Resolve escalated issues and provide on-site support when necessary
- Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8-12+ years of experience in installation, construction, or project operations
- 3-5+ years of leadership or director-level experience
- Strong knowledge of installation processes, project management, and field operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RO4,200.000 per month
