Job Title: Senior Refinery Process Engineer
Company: EPS RDC Salalah
Location: Salalah Free Zone, Salalah, Oman
Salary: OMR 3,200 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize refinery process units for maximum efficiency and output
- Analyze process performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process optimization and cost-reduction strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Support troubleshooting of process issues and provide technical solutions
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Conduct process simulations, studies, and performance evaluations
- Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in refinery operations and process engineering
- Strong knowledge of refining processes (distillation, cracking, treating, etc.)
- Experience with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS or similar)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure industrial environment
