Job Title: Operations Director
Lead Operations for a Growing Premium Spirits Company
Tuscan Grove Spirits & Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale our production, supply chain, and distribution operations across Dhofar and beyond. What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations across production, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Implement KPIs and performance metrics to track operational success
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality controls
- Manage and mentor department heads and cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning and expansion
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Operations Director, Head of Operations, or Senior Operations Manager:
- Strong background in manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, or related industries
- Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex operations
- Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience implementing operational KPIs and performance systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
