Job Title: Senior Project Manager
About the Opportunity
PH Soluções Global Consulting & Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact digital transformation and technology implementation projects across enterprise clients. What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale IT, digital transformation, and enterprise technology projects
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, and external vendors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues proactively
- Oversee Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance updates
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and governance frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT consulting or technology delivery
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale or multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, PMP, or Prince2 methodologies (certification is a plus)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in digital transformation, ERP, cloud, or software development projects is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
