About the Opportunity
Sigma Prime Global Ventures is seeking a visionary Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead our global investment strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio management
- Identify, evaluate, and execute high-value investment opportunities
- Oversee due diligence processes for equity, private equity, and alternative investments
- Manage portfolio risk and ensure alignment with corporate financial goals
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, partners, and stakeholders
- Guide fundraising strategies and capital deployment initiatives
- Monitor global market trends and adjust investment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term financial planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior investment leadership roles (CIO, Head of Investments, Investment Director, etc.)
- Strong background in portfolio management, capital markets, or private equity
- Deep understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and risk management
- Track record of successful investment execution and capital growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, international investment environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
