PEVO Performance & Athlete Innovation Center is building the future of sports science, athletic performance, and human optimization technology in the region. We are seeking a visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the design, development, and scaling of cutting-edge performance systems, sports analytics platforms, and athlete innovation technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall technology vision and roadmap for PEVO’s performance and athlete innovation systems
- Oversee development of sports analytics platforms, performance tracking systems, and AI-driven training tools:
Build and manage high-performing teams across software engineering, data science, biomechanics, and product development:
Integrate wearable tech, sensor systems, motion capture, and biometric data into performance solutions
- Collaborate with sports scientists, coaches, and medical professionals to translate data into actionable insights
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance digital infrastructure
Drive innovation in athlete monitoring, injury prevention, recovery optimization, and performance enhancement technologies:
Manage technical budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in sports tech, AI, and human performance optimization
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology leader
- Strong background in sports technology, health tech, AI, or data-driven platforms:
Experience with data engineering, machine learning, or performance analytics systems:
Understanding of biomechanics, sports science, or human performance systems (strong advantage)
- Leadership experience building and scaling technical teams
- Ability to translate complex technical systems into real-world athletic performance improvements
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
