Job Overview

Leonardo Muller Studio is seeking a visionary and highly creative Principal Design Director to lead and elevate our design practice. This role is ideal for a senior design professional with a strong portfolio, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions.

The Principal Design Director will oversee creative direction, guide design teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design projects aligned with brand and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction and design strategy across projects and campaigns.
  • Oversee design teams and ensure excellence in execution and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong visual identities and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling designs.
  • Review and approve design outputs to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Mentor and develop creative talent within the team.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in senior design leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and innovation.
  • Proficiency in design tools and creative software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and design strategy.
