About the Role:
MM Confection Tunisie Sweets and Food Manufacturing LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Production Manager (Confectionery Manufacturing) to oversee manufacturing operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing food production processes, ensuring quality and safety standards, and optimizing efficiency in confectionery and sweets manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Leadership: Oversee daily confectionery manufacturing operations
- Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO)
- Production Planning: Manage schedules, output targets, and workforce allocation
- Inventory & Materials: Coordinate raw materials, supply chain, and stock levels
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Qatar food safety and regulatory standards
- Team Leadership: Manage production supervisors, technicians, and factory staff
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in food manufacturing, confectionery, or FMCG production
- Skills: Strong operational, leadership, and process management capabilities
- Education: Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in sweets production, FMCG, or food processing
- Leadership: Ability to manage large-scale production teams and workflows
