About the Role:
GClase Consulting and Business Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Consulting Manager to lead consulting engagements and business advisory services in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on delivering strategic solutions, improving business performance, and managing high-value client relationships across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting Strategy: Lead business transformation, process improvement, and advisory projects
- Client Engagement: Manage relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
- Business Analysis: Conduct market research, operational assessments, and strategic planning
- Solution Delivery: Develop and implement business solutions and recommendations
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, project outcomes, and client satisfaction
- Business Development: Identify new consulting opportunities and expand client base
- Team Leadership: Manage consultants, analysts, and project teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in consulting, business advisory, or management consulting
- Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
- Education: Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations
- Leadership: Ability to manage multiple consulting engagements and teams
