About the Role:
Iron Fist Group Engineering and Contracting LLC is seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead mechanical engineering operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on overseeing mechanical systems design, project execution, and managing engineering teams across construction and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Leadership: Lead mechanical engineering teams and technical operations
- Project Oversight: Manage mechanical design, installation, and commissioning activities
- Technical Review: Approve engineering drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordination: Work with electrical, civil, and project teams for integrated delivery
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to Qatar engineering standards and HSE regulations
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, project timelines, and cost efficiency
- Team Leadership: Mentor engineers and manage multidisciplinary teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in mechanical engineering within construction or industrial sector
- Skills: Strong technical expertise, leadership, and project management capabilities
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering; UPDA preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in MEP, infrastructure, or industrial systems
- Leadership: Ability to manage large engineering teams and complex projects
