About the Role:
MindInSoft Software and Digital Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Software Development Manager to lead software engineering operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing development teams, delivering scalable software solutions, and driving technical excellence across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Leadership: Lead software development teams across multiple projects
- Product Delivery: Oversee full software lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)
- Technical Strategy: Define architecture, frameworks, and development standards
- Team Management: Mentor developers and manage agile/scrum teams
- Quality Assurance: Ensure performance, security, and scalability of systems
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with product, business, and technical teams
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, delivery timelines, and engineering output
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in software development or engineering management
- Skills: Strong technical, leadership, and project management capabilities
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with full-stack development, cloud systems, APIs, and SDLC
- Leadership: Ability to manage engineering teams and large-scale systems
