We are hiring a Senior Lead Product Designer who will take ownership of our product design direction. This role goes beyond visual design. You will define user experience strategies, guide product decisions, and ensure every interface is simple, functional, and aligned with business goals.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear and user friendly solutions. You will also mentor designers and help build a strong design culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Define and maintain design standards across products
- Ensure consistency in user experience and interface design
End to End Product Design
- Lead the full design process from research to final delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
Team Mentorship
- Guide junior and mid level designers
- Conduct reviews and provide actionable feedback
User Research and Validation
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Use data to improve design decisions
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Present design solutions clearly to internal teams
- Align design outputs with business and technical requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 6 years experience in product design or UX UI
- At least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
Portfolio
- Strong portfolio with detailed case studies
- Demonstrates problem solving and design thinking
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma including prototyping and design systems
- Understanding of frontend technologies such as React or Vue is an advantage
Communication Skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders

- Practical and solution focused
- Able to balance quality with delivery timelines
Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR19,000.00 per month
