The Security Mandate
Operating from the prestigious KIPCO Tower in the heart of Kuwait City, Therella Group IT is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to fortify our enterprise digital perimeter. This is a role for a defensive strategist who understands that in the modern threat landscape, security is a continuous process, not a final destination. You will be responsible for the integrity and resilience of our corporate assets, ensuring that Therella Group remains a benchmark for digital trust in the Kuwaiti market.
Cyber-DNA & Strategic Focus
- Vulnerability Governance: Lead comprehensive security audits and penetration testing cycles to identify and remediate architectural weaknesses before they can be exploited.
- Threat Intelligence Integration: Monitor and analyze emerging global threat vectors, implementing proactive "Zero-Trust" protocols to protect KIPCO Tower-based data assets.
- Incident Response Orchestration: Design and maintain rigorous rapid-response frameworks to ensure immediate containment and recovery in the event of a security breach.
- Regulatory Compliance & Auditing: Oversee the alignment of all IT infrastructures with international security standards (ISO 27001/NIST) and local data protection mandates.
Professional Profile
- Expertise Horizon: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consultancy, digital forensics, or information security engineering within the corporate or financial sectors.
- Technical Arsenal: Expert-level proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk/Sentinel), firewall management, and encryption standards; professional certifications (CISSP/CISM) are highly regarded.
- Linguistic Precision: Advanced C2-level proficiency in professional English is mandatory for drafting high-level security briefs and policy documentation.
- Asynchronous Briefing: Proficiency in using Loom to record "Security Posture" updates and "Threat-Brief" walkthroughs for executive stakeholders.
