Position: Operations Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations
- Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and reporting
- Ensure proper handling and storage of hygiene products
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and management teams
- Maintain records and prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
Requirements:
- Experience in the hygiene industry is mandatory
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and reporting
Pay: RO200.000 - RO250.000 per month
Work Location: In person
