Description
We are looking for a Food Cost Estimator to help us maintain quality while controlling costs across our menu.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and track the cost of ingredients for all menu items
- Analyze food cost percentages and identify areas for savings
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize recipes and portion sizes
- Monitor waste, spoilage, and inventory variance
- Provide regular reports to management on cost performance
Requirements:
- Experience in food costing, inventory control, or kitchen management
- Strong understanding of F&B operations and Lebanese cuisine is a plus
- Proficient in Excel or food costing software
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Arabic/English fluency
Pay: Up to KD300.000 per month
