Description
We're hiring a Purchasing Officer to join our team at Palm & Berdawny, in Arabella.
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure food, beverages, and supplies at competitive prices
- Build and maintain relationships with local and imported goods suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen management
- Ensure all purchases meet quality and compliance standards
- Track purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
Requirements:
- 2+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel or procurement software
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Arabic/English fluency preferred
Pay: Up to KD300.000 per month
