About the Role:
Kuwait City is a key hub for industrial and corporate operations in the region, and at Tase Seguridad Global Protection Services, we bring a structured and safety first approach to every site we manage. We provide integrated security, health, safety, and environmental protection services across commercial and industrial facilities in Kuwait. We are looking for a Senior Health Safety and Environment Security Manager who can take full ownership of safety strategy, compliance systems, and operational risk control across multiple client sites. You will not only enforce standards but shape them, ensuring that all operations meet the highest international HSE and security benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
HSE Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies across all operational sites.
Risk Assessment Oversight: Identify operational hazards and lead preventive risk mitigation strategies.
Compliance Management:Ensure full compliance with Kuwait labor laws, civil defense regulations, and international HSE standards.
Incident Investigation: Lead investigations for safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor site based HSE officers and safety coordinators.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary safety representative during client audits, inspections, and reporting reviews.
Training and Awareness: Design and deliver safety training programs for operational and administrative teams.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:Minimum 7 years in Health Safety Environment or Security Management roles, with at least 2 to 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Industry Background: Experience in security services, facilities management, construction, logistics, or industrial operations is preferred.
Certifications:NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification is strongly preferred. Additional safety or risk management certifications are an advantage.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams across multiple sites and enforce compliance in high risk environments.
Communication:Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
Mindset:You are disciplined, detail oriented, and proactive in preventing risks rather than reacting to incidents.
Pay: KD1,300.000 - KD2,300.000 per month
Work Location: In person
