Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Lead daily technology operations across multiple departments, ensuring high availability, service reliability, and operational continuity.
Strategic Planning:
Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and support long term business scalability.
Team Management:
Manage and mentor technical supervisors, operations specialists, and support teams while fostering a high performance culture.
Process Optimization:
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements using automation, analytics, and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with senior leadership, vendors, and department managers to align operational goals with company objectives.
Risk and Compliance:
Ensure all operational procedures comply with internal governance standards, cybersecurity protocols, and regional regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, or enterprise operations leadership, with at least 2 years managing senior teams.
Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to lead cross functional teams, manage multiple operational priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Technical Knowledge:
Experience with enterprise systems, cloud operations, operational analytics, and service management frameworks.
Communication:
Excellent English communication skills are required for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement. Arabic communication skills are considered an advantage.
Mindset:
You are proactive, analytical, and execution focused. You understand how to balance operational stability with innovation and continuous improvement.
Pay: KD1,650.000 - KD2,400.000 per month
