You will be working as a Marketing Manager (Electrical), Oman. In this role you will be reporting to Country Manager and will be responsible to accelerate and expand Motion business in Oman._

  • Roles and Responsibilities_
  • Electrical Service & Products - Sales Lead.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling Electrical & Electronic goods & Service to key end users like PDO, Oxy, Oman LNG etc.
  • Direct and oversee the regional sales function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
  • Formulate and develop manpower plans/train and develop field force.
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals.
  • Pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales.
  • _Establish and implement short
  • and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures._
  • Work with Country manager and corporate staff to develop annual and long-term business plans for the company.
  • _Establish and implement short
  • and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate regional sales staff._
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO1,000.000 - RO1,500.000 per month

Education:

Experience:

  • Electrical, Oil & Gas Contacts: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Oman Driving Licence (preferred)
