Description
We are seeking dependable Field Representatives to assist with community enrollment for the California Lifeline program. This is a field-based opportunity for individuals who are professional, self-motivated, and available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
This position involves in-person outreach at approved community and retail-adjacent locations within Orange County and Los Angeles County.
Responsibilities:
Engage with community members to provide information about the California Lifeline program
Verify required eligibility documentation in accordance with program guidelines
Distribute approved devices to qualified applicants
Maintain accurate tracking of assigned inventory
Represent Link Squad in a professional manner at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 20 hours per week field availability
Reliable transportation within Orange County or Los Angeles County
Reliable smartphone or tablet with active data service
Comfortable speaking with the public in outdoor settings
Organized and responsible with assigned materials and inventory
Ability to work independently
Prior outreach, customer service, or field sales experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Compensation is performance-based at $20 per completed enrollment, with additional production incentives available.
