Community Support Worker

Full and Part time - shifts available 7am - 2pm and 3pm - 10pm, alternate weekends required.

Salary - £13.10 per hour

You need to be over the age of 18 for this role.

We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic people who enjoy supporting people in the community. If you are currently working in the care industry or are looking for a career change you could be the person we are looking for! With full support and training from our in-house training team you can grow and develop your skills.

As a Community Support Worker your day would consist of visiting Clients in their homes, ensuring safety and comfort, supporting with day-to-day activities and encouraging independence where possible.

  • Responsibilities:_
  • Promoting and encouraging our clients to live healthy, happy and independent lives
  • Communicating with relevant people to ensure all needs are met
  • Encouraging, assisting or providing personal care to clients
  • Meal preparation and assistance
  • Prompting and administering medication (training/support provided)
  • Moving & Handling people using equipment (training/support provided)
  • Domestic and social tasks
  • Accurate record keeping & meeting individuals needs

All positions/shifts are to include every other weekend to give a good work life balance.
