Property Inspector - London

The Role
As a Property Inspector at ACT Property, you will be responsible for producing detailed, accurate, and professional inventory reports while maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partner offices.
Each inspector is assigned a dedicated geographic district (Central London, West London, Middlesex, or Surrey), minimising travel time and maximising earning potential. You will be expected to build long-term relationships within your allocated area and represent ACT Property to the highest professional standard.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Inventory Clerk or Property Manager

- High levels of attention to detail and common sense
- An excellent command of written and spoken English
- A professional, polished, and presentable manner at all times

Employment & Earnings
ACT Property is committed to building a long-term, professional workforce and therefore only recruits full-time, fully qualified inspectors.
We offer a range of competitive salary packages, with top earners billing in excess of £40,000 per annum.
