- Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Full operational control of the security function within the allocated region
  • Lead and manage Area Managers, ensuring consistent service delivery and discipline
  • Drive financial performance: budgets, margins, cost control, cash flow, and profitability
  • Maintain and enforce ISO, SHEQ, and security compliance standards
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, including issue resolution and retention
  • Oversee staff performance, IR matters, succession planning, and team development
  • Support business growth and implementation of new contracts

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership experience in security operations
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance and budgets
  • Solid people management and labour relations capability
  • Effective client relationship and service delivery management
  • Results-driven with strong operational discipline and control
  • Willing and able to travel across multiple sites

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • PSIRA Grade A (essential)
  • Valid South African driver’s licence
  • Minimum 5 years’ management experience within the security industry
  • Tertiary qualification in security, business, finance, or a related field will be advantageous
