Brand New Shop is looking for Customer Service, Florist and Manager..
Full-time and Part-Time Positions at $18 to $20 Hourly.
Customer Service Task:
- Answer Calls and assist Customers.
- Answer Text message and Assist Customers.
- Communicate properly with team.
- Update delivery routes as well as Pick Up Orders.
- Follow SOP's Systems and Procedures.
- Help in Store Customers.
- Help Florist when needed.
- Processing and cleaning flowers.
- Prepping side task as needed.
- Cleaning fridges and working areas.
- We will TRAIN if not previous flower experience.
