Job Summary:
Citrus Events & Hospitality W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Events Operations Manager to lead event planning and hospitality operations in Kuwait City. What you'll do:
- Oversee end-to-end event operations including planning, logistics, and execution
- Manage corporate events, hospitality functions, conferences, and special events
- Coordinate vendors, venues, suppliers, and operational teams
- Ensure high standards of guest experience and service delivery
- Monitor event budgets, timelines, and operational performance
- Lead and supervise event staff, coordinators, and support teams
- Develop operational processes to improve efficiency and event quality
- Handle client communications, event requirements, and on-site coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety, hospitality, and operational standards
- Support business development and client relationship initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in events management, hospitality operations, or event production
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
