Role Overview
SportVot is looking for a Resource Management Executive to manage operational resources for live sports broadcast operations. This role will be responsible for resource planning, training, performance tracking, reporting, and payment coordination to ensure smooth execution of operations.
This is a high-impact role that directly influences operational efficiency, quality of production, and scalability of SportVot.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Planning & Deployment
Plan and manage skilled resource requirements for events and broadcasts
Coordinate with operations team for upcoming demand
Build and maintain a strong pool of trained resources
Ensure optimal allocation across projects
Maintain backup resources for last-minute requirements
Forecast resource demand based on schedules and growth
- Training, Quality & Performance Management
Conduct onboarding and training for new resources
Organize refresher training and skill development sessions
Maintain SOPs and training documentation
Track performance and quality of work
Identify top performers and improvement areas
Ensure consistent quality across all deployments
- Resource Tracking, Reporting & Attendance
Track attendance, deployment, and availability
Maintain resource database and deployment logs
Monitor punctuality, professionalism, and reliability
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Maintain performance scorecards
- Payment & Resource Coordination
Track working hours and assignments
Maintain payment sheets and records
Coordinate with finance team for payouts
Ensure timely and accurate payments
Handle resource queries and escalations
- Process & Operations Improvement
Build SOPs for resource management
Introduce tracking systems and dashboards
Improve operational efficiency
Support scaling of operations
Strong people management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Good communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset
Interest in sports or media production preferred
Preferred Experience
HR / Operations / Event Management
Experience managing freelancers or field teams
