Description
Manage all aspects of a designated product category, including inventory control, pricing accuracy, product presentation, and sales performance analysis.
- Create and implement initiatives to boost sales growth while aligning category goals with the overall objectives of the store.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams and suppliers to address promotional activities and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level and above
At least 2 years of supervisoryexperience in retail sales.:
Strong knowledge of inventory management, pricing strategies, and visual merchandising.
