We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Financials,
HCM implementation, and support projects, backed by a strong technical background.
The Oracle Technical Consultant will be responsible for driving new enhancements, development
initiatives, and day-to-day support activities for Oracle Fusion Applications. The role involves
identifying system pain points, implementing improvements aligned with industry best practices, and

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports within Oracle Fusion.
  • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Support, monitor and enhance existing custom solutions and business processes built on PaaS.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and guidance to stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system manuals.
  • Load and manage data using Oracle Fusion data loading tools, including HDL, FBDI, APIs and Web Services.
  • Design and implement integrations with other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Exposure to OCI AI Services and Generative AI Agents will be plus points.

Communication skills:

  • Should be able to communicate with business stakeholders.
  • Resolves and/or to communicate with business stakeholders.
  • Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

General / Cross-Module
- Lead business requirement workshops with HR, T&C, and leadership teams.

Problem Solving:

  • Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user guidelines.
  • Support UAT, production deployment, and audit validations.
  • Can do and will do attitude with a proactive approach on problem solving with full ownership.
  • Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot issues.
  • Work closely with technical teams for Fast Formula, BI reports, and integrations.
  • Dynamic, results-oriented problem solver.
  • Manage enhancements, CRs, and stabilization activities.
  • Easily understand, investigate, and solve technical issues in a details driven attitude.

Role Requirement and Qualification:

  • Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years’ experience.

Languages:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent and Compensation modules.

Strong hands-on experience in Merit, Bonus, Performance, and Goals. Expertise in Fast Formula for compensation and eligibility logic

  • Preferable BS Computer Sciences with Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Background.
  • Experience managing annual compensation and performance cycles.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be fluent in English (Written / Spoken).
