Description
Supervise and manage daily joinery and carpentry activities at workshop and project sites
- Coordinate with production teams, carpenters, painters, and installers to ensure smooth workflow
- Read and interpret joinery drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work
- Inspect joinery works to maintain quality standards and finishing requirements
- Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and machinery
- Handle site measurements and coordinate installation activities when required
- Monitor workforce productivity and provide guidance to workers
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company regulations
- Report project progress and site issues to management regularly
Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in Joinery/Carpentry works with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of joinery production, furniture works, and interior fit-out projects
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site execution
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of wood finishing and installation procedures preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
