Wood Polisher

Perform wood polishing, staining, varnishing, and finishing works for furniture and carpentry items

• Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling, and smoothing before polishing
• Ensure high-quality finishing and surface appearance as per project requirements
• Carry out touch-up and repair works when required
• Handle polishing tools, spray machines, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and proper handling of materials
• Coordinate with carpenters and supervisors to complete assigned tasks on time
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Wood Polisher in carpentry or furniture works
• Knowledge of wood finishing techniques, color mixing, staining, and spray polishing
• Experience in furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out projects preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and finishing quality
• Physically fit for workshop and site work
