What You'll Be Doing
Kitchen Operations
- Assisting chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Preparing ingredients including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Organizing kitchen supplies and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
- Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service hours
- Ensuring utensils, equipment, and workstations are cleaned and maintained properly
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Commis III, or similar role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle physical work and stand for long periods
- Flexible and reliable
