Key Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial activities related to shipping agency services, vessel operations, and customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, charterers, principals, port authorities, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare quotations, service agreements, and commercial proposals for clients.
  • Coordinate with operations team on vessel schedules, port calls, cargo handling, and documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities within the shipping and maritime sector.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, port operators, and internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, operational issues, and service performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions and customer data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and maritime industry standards.

Requirements:
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  1. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  2. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

  3. Experience dealing with port authorities and shipping principals.

  4. Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.

  5. Strong customer service and business development capabilities.


Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
