Property Manager
We are looking for a self-driven individual who is interested in joining a well-established Property Management Team. Full training will be provided to any individual who is looking to take up this new role.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Property Letting
- Property inspections
- Monitoring rent arrears/accounts management
- Rental appraisals
- Preparation and execution of tenancy documents
- Attend routine inspections
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience or NZQCF Level 4 qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
- Passion for Real Estate and eager for career progression
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational, problem solving and time management skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with confidence
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a team
- Trustworthy, reliable, loyal, and punctual
We offer:
Pay rate: $32 per hour
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
