Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out age-appropriate learning activities based on Kinderland’s holistic curriculum for our students.
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain good communication with parents, colleagues, and management.
- Be a caring, energetic, and positive team player who enjoys working with children.
- Observe, monitor, and assess children’s learning progress and development.
- Participate in centre events, trainings, and continuous improvement programmes.
Qualifications
- KAP, Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, creative, responsible, and passionate about teaching young children.
- Willing to learn and grow in the early childhood education industry.
- Must have own transport due to the centre location and accessibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
