Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain proper filing records
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and paperwork
- Handle administrative and clerical duties
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Prior administrative experience is an advantage
- Language Fluency : Malay, English (Mandarin - added advantage)
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
