Schedule
Weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 11-6 pm) with flexibility to assist during key launches, events, and retail activations. Position will also serve as backup support for retail operations when the Retail Manager is unavailable.
About the Role
Basketcase is looking for a reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused Retail Associate to support daily store operations at HENCH in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and hands-on operational work, and can comfortably move between front-of-house retail responsibilities and back-of-house inventory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a strong in-store customer experience and represent the brand positively
- Support daily retail operations, merchandising, and overall store presentation
- Process customer purchases through POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Assist with receiving, organizing, restocking, and maintaining inventory
- Help coordinate transfers between warehouse and retail locations
- Support launch days, events, and high-traffic weekends
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store and stock areas

- Required: Must have previous retail experience.

Compensation
- $19/hour + Sales Commission
