Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
  • Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online sources.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with interested students and parents.
  • Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and admission process.
  • Maintain lead records and update follow-up status regularly.
  • Support students throughout the admission process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
  • Basic English communication and writing skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with students and parents over phone and in person.
  • Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shahdara, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
