1. Call Center Executives
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage customer inquiries and appointments efficiently
Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred
2. Service Advisors (Automotive Service)
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Excellent customer handling and communication skills
Ability to prepare estimates, explain repairs, and coordinate with workshop teams
Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
