Description
Receive & review new/re-submission of customers’ participation details received from different channels.
Process submission with the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Accurate data entry.
Consistent follow up with the customer on their participation details.
Highlight / recommend any suspicious customer’s participation details to the supervisor.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as & when is required.
Job Requirement:
2. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of using Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint.
Able to multitask & work with minimum supervision.
Detail-oriented & accurate data entry with good organizational skills.
Able to converse in Malay or English with effective communication skills.
Work from Monday to Friday, may require to work on Saturday if necessary.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
