Appointment Setter - ContractorHalo - Full Time - Remote Remote U.S. (Americas time zones preferred)

$2,000-$3,000 Monthly, plus commission on $50 per new signup

ContractorHalo is a done-for-you relationship marketing system that helps residential contractors dramatically increase repeat business and referrals. We have a database of roughly 11,000 contractor contacts and a proven story to tell.

Your job is simple to describe and requires real skill to execute: pick up the phone, connect with HVAC companies, roofers, plumbers, electricians, and other residential contractors, and book 30-minute demos with Kirk. No closing, no pitching subscriptions - just start a great conversation, pique curiosity about doubling or tripling repeat customer rates, and hand it off.

What You'll Do:
Primary - Outbound Calling (~85% of time)

Work through our existing contractor contact list via phone - HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and general contractors

Open conversations by positioning the core value: more repeat customers, more referrals, done for them

Qualify decision-makers (owner, GM, or marketing lead) before booking

Schedule 30-minute Zoom demos directly on Kirk's calendar for qualified prospects

Log call outcomes, notes, and next steps in CRM (training provided)

Flag bad data, disconnected numbers, and duplicate records

Communicate daily or weekly with manager on pipeline status and any patterns you're hearing from prospects

What Success Looks Like:
In the first 15 days:
Fully ramped on the ContractorHalo value proposition and calling script

Consistent daily call volume established

First qualified demos booked

At 15-45 days:
Hitting or trending toward 20 qualified demos per month

Clean, reliable CRM data with thorough call notes

Identifying patterns in objections and feeding that back to Kirk

Post 45 days:
Consistantly booking 20+ qualified demos per month

Clean, reliable CRM data with thorough call notes

Who We're Looking For:
Must-Haves

A computer with at least 2 screens

Good quality headset

Native or near-native English fluency - you sound like a professional, not a script reader

Previous outbound phone experience (B2B cold calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or similar)

Resilient and self-motivated - you don't need someone to push you to pick up the phone

Coachable - willing to refine your approach based on feedback from Kirk

Organized - you track your own activity and don't let follow-ups fall through the cracks

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calling

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with the home services, construction, or contractor trades industry

Experience calling small business owners (contractors are often owner-operated)

CRM experience (we use a standard platform - no exotic tools)

Based in U.S. or a similar Americas time zone
